Vision

The vision for the students at Presa Elementary School is for all students who transition from this campus to be empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve academic, personal/social, and career success, and to reach their fullest potential as respectful, responsible citizens beginning in pre-kindergarten and continuing throughout their life.

Mission

Presa Elementary School Counseling Department’s mission is to provide a comprehensive, developmentally age-appropriate and successful school counseling program that aligns with the ASCA national standards for school counseling programs for all Presa Elementary students. Our program focuses on the needs, interests and issues related to the stages of student growth through academic, personal/social and career partnership with students, staff, family and community. We strive to prepare students to become effective learners, achieve success in school, live successful and rewarding lives, and develop into contributing members of our society.
