Our philosophy is to provide our student/athletes with a positive softball experience and achieve their fullest potential through our sport.  We also want to inspire our student/athletes to become leaders on and off the field and maintain a leadership role in life. We also want to instill in our student/athletes with values such as hard work, responsibility, integrity, safety, respect, and honor for the sport and life.

Parkland Lady Matadors Softball is a program dedicated to providing our student/athlete the best possible high school experience.  We strive to provide our student/athletes with knowledge and skills to compete at the highest level in softball and in life.  Parkland Softball has a rich winning tradition.  Our programs are expected to make the state playoffs, year in and year out.  Our players are expected to perform at their highest level on the field and in the classroom.
