Two Bel Air High School students were nominated to attend the Washington Youth Leadership. Janie Montenegro and Julyan Victorio participated in the Leadership workshop in Washington, DC. The workshop provided students with leadership activities, an overview of Internships, a campus tour of Georgetown University, a tour of the US Capitol, and the Smithsonian Museums and National Monuments. Students enjoyed and appreciated all the history and enrichment obtained from the workshop. Janie and Julyan’s unique experience was made possible thanks to the generosity of Lulac National Education Service Center- El Paso.
