ARC is happy to welcome Mr. Gutierrez, our new middle school Assistant Principal.
Mr. Gutierrez is an Eastwood High School graduate with a Bachelor's in Health Sciences from UTEP and a Master's in Kinesiology from UNLV.
Mr. Gutierrez joins our ARC family with over 27 years of experience in education. Mr. Gutierrez brings his experience as a high school athletic trainer, a middle school administrator and is proud to have been part of DVHS boy's soccer program that took 2nd place in the UIL State Championship.
Mr. Gutierrez also has experience as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the UTEP Men's basketball team, Head Athletic Trainer for the El Paso Buzzards and Athletic Trainer for the Carolina Panthers NFL Football team!
Mr. Gutierrez shares that his calling is school leadership when he has enjoyed the opportunity to invest his time and efforts in helping students and staff of all types and backgrounds discover their gifts and strenghts and help them to empower themselves to achieve their potential.
Mr. Gutierrez loves spending time with his wife and two daughers. Enjoys listening to music and reading non-fiction, particularly biographies. He would love to work on a movie or TV show one day and has every intention of starting his blog about his views/roles in education. Mr. Gutierrez also plays the drums and dabbles in playing guitar.
