An exciting school year lies ahead for Alicia R. Chacon fourth-grader Isabella Romero, who was named one of only 8,700 students nationwide to join the 2026 National Math Stars Voyager cohort.

Through the program, Isabella will gain access to advanced mathematics instruction, personalized mentorship, and long-term college and career guidance. She will also head to Houston for a specialized summer camp, where she'll tackle hands-on STEM challenges alongside fellow young scholars.

Designed to nurture mathematical talent over a 10-year period, the Voyager program equips high-potential students with the resources needed to excel in STEM throughout their academic journey.
