Bond 2019 is Phase 2 of a Long-Range Plan, which began in 2015 to address every student and every teacher at every campus 

This plan continues to provide equity district-wide for all students and teachers

2015 (Phase 1)

• Safe and Secure entrances at all district campuses

• A new Bel Air Middle School

• A new Del Valle Middle School

• A new Mission Valley Elementary School

• A new Thomas Manor Elementary School

• A new gym, classroom wing, Fine Arts theater and baseball field at Eastwood High School

• New artificial turf and scoreboards on football fields at all seven comprehensive high schools

• A new Fine Arts addition at Ysleta High School

• A new Sports Complex at Bel Air High School

• A new Fine Arts wing at Ysleta Middle School

• A new gym at Rio Bravo Middle School

• A new gym at Eastwood Knolls International School

• A new administration wing at Parkland Middle School

• New cafetoriums at Desertaire, Lancaster, LeBarron, and Tierra Del Sol Elementary Schools

2019 (Phase 2)

• Safety and Security upgrades and improvements district-wide

• Conversion to refrigerated air at various campuses throughout the district with priority to the Ysleta and Del Valle Learning Communities

• Construction of a new Hanks Middle School

• Construction of a new Riverside Elementary School

• Modernization of Bel Air High School

• Construction of a new Scotsdale Elementary School

• Rebuild Dolphin Terrace Elementary School
